huh! I would never have tried eating these if it wasn't for a gourmet friend of mine who egged me on......I trusted her, since she was the best cook I knew......they are delicious, and so in the spring, I am lucky because my husband has discovered some great places to find them and has learned what to look for........dredge them a little in flour and fry them up in butter, little salt and oh, my! They taste great in scrambled eggs, too.
